The plant and machinery supplied by us shall be guaranteed for a period of 15 months from the date of shipment.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and defective materials.

Parts damaged due to operator error, improper maintenance, power surges, human sabotage or other improper use shall be excluded from the warranty coverage.

Packaging and shipping
Standard packaging: the machine is first wrapped with plastic film, then packed in a wooden case.
For export to European countries, the wooden cases will be fumigated.

If the container space is too tight, we will use film for packaging,
or pack according to the customer’s special requirements.

Shipment: Within 40 working days from the date of receipt the down payment.
Usually by sea, but can also according to customer requirements.
